I looked at a few other radon testing companies, but WE Inspect was recommended by a friend. So I had them do a radon test at both my and my sister's home. After calling and speaking with them about their rates and time, they seemed to be in-line with the other contractor rates and the scheduling worked great for both our homes. By the way Bob, the inspector that came out, showed up a promptly to both appointments. I was pretty unsure about the whole radon thing, other than what I read online, but he explained a bit about radon and the testing process and what to expect for the test report.The test takes a few days, but in the end they provided us with a digital reports. I was completely satisfied with timing and the report he provided, other than I found out I have a high radon level. I was concerned since our grandchild visits with us quite a bit. My sister on the other hand had a lower level of radon. She and my mom live together so that is good news for the both of them. Bob was knowledgeable of radon and he also gave me additional resources to find out more about radon and some guidance of the next steps to take. The cost was worth it because it gave me and my family piece of mind knowing what we are dealing with in our homes.

A coworker recommended Bob at WE Inspect for an upcoming home inspection on a home my wife and I were looking to purchase. He was able to set up the inspection very quickly. He also offered radon testing. I had very limited knowledge about radon so he explained what radon was and the affects that it can have. After that conversation, we opted to also get the radon testing performed. Bob showed up on time for the inspection and allowed me to follow him throughout the inspection. He went through everything in the home and gave thorough explanations of everything that he found. He took pictures to document each issue of the home. He emailed a complete report with all of the pictures and issues listed the next day. For the radon testing, he had to set up equipment in the basement to monitor the radon levels for a few days. He set the equipment up during the inspection and picked it up a few days later. He had the radon results sent over to us in a report very quickly. We are very happy with how professional and thorough Bob was with the inspection! Highly recommended!
